Troubleshooter : Troubleshoot a BAC140My BAC140 will not spray?The BAC140 is a simple pump there can only be a couple of things that are stopping it from working. First check power supply. alway test pump with water first. Then make sure there is enough oil (stanard hydraulic) there is a sight glass on the front of pump that should be half war to three quarters up with the pump turned off. second unscrew the the hopper from the pump and then unscrew the inlet valve (see manual) check for damage or a lump of dried paint stopping it from closing.£0.00
